Welcome to Weatherius. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Weatherius website and Android app.
By using Weatherius, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Use of the Service
Weatherius is provided as an informational weather and marine forecast service. You may use the service for personal, lawful use only.
You agree not to:
- misuse the site or app
- attempt to disrupt or interfere with the service
- use the service in a way that harms infrastructure, APIs, or other users
- copy, scrape, or automate large-scale extraction of content in a way that is abusive or unlawful
No Guarantee / Informational Use
Weatherius aims to provide useful and accurate weather information, but forecasts and weather-related information may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
The service is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be treated as a guaranteed, safety-critical, or emergency decision system.
You are responsible for using your own judgment, especially for activities involving safety, travel, navigation, marine operations, or severe weather.
Availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Third-Party Services
Weatherius depends on third-party services and data providers for parts of its functionality. Those services may change, fail, or become unavailable, and we are not responsible for outages or changes caused by third-party providers.
Swiss Open Data Attribution
For locations inside Switzerland, Weatherius may use MeteoSwiss Open Data for station and forecast enhancement.

This attribution is informational and does not imply endorsement, partnership, or approval by MeteoSwiss.
MeteoSwiss Open Data terms indicate commercial reuse is allowed with source acknowledgement and are published under CC BY 4.0. Reference: MeteoSwiss Open Data Terms of Use.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Weatherius, including its design, original content, branding, and app structure, is the property of Vasilis Kotrogiannis.
Third-party libraries, APIs, maps, and data remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Weatherius is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or reliance-based damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made based on forecast or marine information.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above.
